Every work order needs three things:

1. Everything required to complete it. A newsletter needs the details for each section. An event needs the location, times, and logo (if it already has one).
2. The date you would like it to go out.
3. Enough lead time. At least 3 business days for newsletters and single graphics. At least 5 business days for promotional campaigns or events with multiple pieces.This gives us time to be creative and gives you time to review and approve.

If a request is late or missing something: We will reach out for what we need. Your date may need to shift, and we will notify you if that happens.

If it truly cannot wait: Mark your work order as RUSH. A RUSH request carries a $75 fee per submission and is turned around within 24 hours during our normal business hours. For example, a RUSH submitted Friday afternoon would be ready Monday afternoon. The 24 hours begin once we have everything needed to complete there request.
