Digital Marketing Assistant

Position: Freelance, Remote

Our toolbox includes website design, SEO, Facebook Ads, social media magic, blogging, and email marketing. With 80+ happy clients and counting, we’re growing fast and looking for a creative dynamo to join our team.

Role Overview:

As our new Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the spark behind our social media and content creation efforts. This role is perfect for a fun, creative individual who’s ready to make an impact. You’ll work 100% remotely, with flexible hours ranging from 10-20 hours per week, and earn $20-$25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dream up and execute killer social media content strategies.
  • Design eye-catching graphics with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Keep our social media channels buzzing using tools like Sendible.
  • Use Chat GPT for content brainstorming and strategy.
  • Craft engaging content for websites, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Stay in the loop with clients and the team, sharing ideas and updates.
  • Respond quickly to changes and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Stellar communication skills, both written, verbal & Loom for tutorials.
  • Mastery of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Chat GPT, CapCut, Scribe, and Sendible.
  • Experience in creating and implementing awesome content strategies.
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail and killer deadline management.
  • A team player who can also rock it solo.
  • An up-to-date computer and reliable internet access.

Bonus Points For:

  • Creating SOPs of your processes.
  • Experience with event creation and email campaigns using Constant Contact.
  • Familiarity with Asana for keeping projects on track.
