ENSURE QUICK ACCESS TO LOGINS AND FILES
Have access to your branding files, logos, imagery, and any logins for your business. If we created branding files, a website, or email accounts, please check your records to make sure you have proper logins and access points for all this information. We recommend you keep a copy in your online storage as well and share this with your employees. SET EXPECTATIONS AND COMMUNICATE THEM
- Let your clients know the best way to reach you or your team during business hours or after hours if there is an interruption of business norms or if there isn’t.
- Decide how you plan to primarily communicate information to clients and make them aware of that method. (i.e., email, social media, website)
- Set boundaries. Let your clients know what type of communication or needs are an emergency and set precise response times. A client’s idea of what constitutes an emergency may be different than yours.
